At the April 18 meeting, Perrysburg city council discussed rezoning of the former American Steel Treating plant on West Fifth Street.
Council is looking to rezone the location from I-2, general industrial to R-M, multi-family residential. The rezoning was initiated originally by the city in response to a request from the community.
