Perrysburg business owners who worked to have a Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) plan approved are frustrated it has not moved forward since it was approved in September 2020.
When they voted for the DORA, city council required the business owners to create a corporation or limited liability company responsible for DORA activities and acquire liability insurance coverage.
